For all of us who love to work out, taste the sweat and feel the happiness afterwards.
true, so true!
One thing that makes me really sad is when I see young -healthy looking- girls (boys of course aswell) eating a very low number of cals in order to get “skinny”. Because of the media of today, they think that skinny is the same as healthy. Which is a lie, if you look at your organs after starving yourself for a longer time - they will tell you that something is wrong.
For girls, your period may disappear and this will lead to you not being able to have kids. Your hormone-values may get too low, and none of these two are good stuff.
Maybe you want a flat belly or an inner thigh gap, but you know what? Starving is not the right option for it, eat healthy and get your body moving instead. From this you will build muscles - your muscles will not be bulky and you will not look like a body builder trust me. But if you don’t eat as you work out - your body wont even build lean muscles. It will break down your muscles even more as it has nothing else to take from. So is this that really what you want? A body that looks starved with no muscles what so ever, or do you want to be able to maybe run 6 miles and then do some ab-work afterwards? I promise you, by eating right you will be able to do that some day, AND you will get more energy during the whole day.
Today I made a lasagna for dinner, lasagnas are known for being high in cals and there can be a lot of cheese in them aswell. But not this one!
This is what you need for 4 servings.
400 Grams of Crushed Tomatoes1 Zucchini1 Red Pepper (Paprica)1 Red Onion600 Grams of Minced meat500 Grams of Low Fat Cottage Cheese
Any seasoning of choice, I used Chilipowder, Ground black pepper, Paprica Powder, Ground Cumin and a tiny bit of salt.
This is how you make it.
Fry the minced meat in a pan untill it is browned, add the crushed tomatoes and season it. Let it chug/bubble for 10 minutes, meanwhile you cut the zucchini into circles, and the red pepper and onion into slices (thin slices for the onion).
Take an oven tray and take half of the minced meat and make a layer of it at the bottom, make a layer of zucchini on top of it and a third layer of red pepper and onion and finally a layer of cottage cheese. Then repeat all of this again. Put in to the oven to cook for 25-30 minutes, 200° C.

So, this is my first post here. As writing I am lying in my bed, sick for the third week. Usually I work out 5-6 times a week, but since I got sick I haven’t had any chances to do that. This will be my inspirational blog, to stay healty and fit. I must be honest and tell you guys that when I’m sick, I eat everything I can find. But from this night I am trying to eat healthy. I hope you’ll find something motivational. Take care, spread the love. xx
